Q: Does the price really go up each time? A: Yes, the community subscription rate currently increases $5 each open registration. Those already in the community keep their current rate until cancelation. In the future, the amount of increase may change. If this policy changes, the community would be informed ahead of time?

Q: Is my billing under a different account? A: Yes, you created two accounts, one for monthly payment (Account tab), the second is the Pro group registration.

Q: Does my monthly fee go up with each new open registration A: No, your monthly rate stays the same as long as you keep your subscription in good standing and do not cancel.

Q: If I rejoin the community can I sign up under my original rate? A: The policy is no. However, if you have special circumstances, please email rosh@rosh.media

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: You may unsubscribe and cancel your membership under the Account tab in the navigation. Under Account, click on manage subscription. Click on view details. There, you wish to cancel, the option to cancel is at the bottom.

Q: How do I us zoom? A: Zoom.us is a rather easy video conferencing system to use. Go to zoom.us for more information.

Q: How often does Rosh go live on Zoom each month? A: Rosh typically goes live 1-3 times per month depending on the demand of his time and community needs.

Q: Does Rosh have any free resources? A: Yes, Rosh shares information on his blog, podcast, and YouTube channels. You can find them all through the roshsillars.com website.
